Rose tea
Use organic edible, dried rose petals for the best flavor.
If you don't have access to organic, dried rose petals, you can use a store-bought rose tea bag in a pinch.
However, it's important to be mindful of the tea bag material to ensure you're brewing a safe and healthy beverage. Be sure to steer clear of tea bags made with plastic. The high heat of the boiling water can cause the plastic to leach into your tea, potentially introducing harmful chemicals into your drink.
Steep the rose petals in boiling water for 5-8 minutes to extract the delicate floral notes.
Be sure not to pour boiling water directly onto the matcha powder, as this can burn and ruin the flavor.
Sweetener
I recommend using Manuka honey for its subtle floral notes that pair beautifully with the rose tea.
Raw, local honey is also a great option.

Dairy -Free Milk
My personal favorite is the Joi Cashew Milk Base, which you can easily make by blending 8 oz of water with 1 Tbsp of the cashew base.

ingredients:
1 Tbsp edible dried rose petal (organic if possible)
1/4 cup boiling water
1-2 tsp honey
1 cup milk of choice ( I used Joi cashew milk)
1 tsp cerimonial grade matcha powder
directions:
Make Rose Tea: Cover dried, organic rose petals with boiling water and steep for 5-8 minutes to extract the floral flavor.
Prepare the Base: In a glass, add honey and milk of choice. Stir to combine.
Whisk the Matcha: In a separate container, whisk the matcha powder into the freshly brewed rose tea until it's fully dissolved and frothy.
Assemble the Drink: Pour the matcha-infused rose tea over the milk and sweetener mixture.
