Chia pudding is one of my favorite snacks because it’s both delicious and satisfying. Chia seeds are packed with omega-3 fatty acids, proteins, and fiber which means they can keep your full for a while - another reason I love having it as a snack. This cinnamon roll chia pudding will make it seem like you’re eating a delicious dessert, but it’s actually very low in sugar and refined sugar free! It’s very easy to make and only takes about 5 minutes. Chia pudding is perfect for meal prepping! You can just grab it out of the fridge whenever you need a snack!
Tips for making cinnamon roll chia pudding:
The easiest way to mix the chia pudding is to put all the ingredients in an airtight jar (I like mason jars) and shake to combine.
The recipe only calls for 1 tsp of maple syrup, but if you prefer your chia pudding to be sweeter, add more maple syrup (to taste).
